Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email hello@bie189collective.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability and the nature of the issue.
3. Exchanges
As our products are unique, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check product details before placing your order.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the item is deemed faulty.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days of approval to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
